- Call information. When you call a number on this site, our call tracking provider and the partner that receives your call may record your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and your approximate location based on your phone number.
- Call recordings. Calls may be recorded and monitored by the call tracking provider and by the partner or provider that answers the call, for quality, training, and to confirm the service you asked about.
- What you tell us on the call. For example your name, address, ZIP code and the service you need.
- Website data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the ad that brought you here. Google Ads may set cookies to measure ad performance.
There are no forms on this site and we do not collect payment information.
Why we use it
- To connect you with an independent local service provider who can help with your request.
- To route calls, measure call quality and resolve disputes about calls.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share call information with our call tracking provider, with the advertising network that routes calls, and with the independent providers that receive your call so they can respond to your request. These providers are not controlled by us and handle your information under their own privacy policies. We also use service providers for hosting and analytics, and we may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and recordings only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing, including under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email privacy@localprosoncall.com with the phone number you called from. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
